These terms govern your use of FeedTube. By using FeedTube, you agree to these terms.

What FeedTube is

FeedTube is a service that lets you subscribe to YouTube channels and playlists in any podcast app.

Your account

You need an account to use FeedTube. You're responsible for your sign-in credentials and for activity that happens under your account.

Plans and billing

FeedTube offers a Free plan (up to 2 feeds) and a Pro plan (up to 20 feeds, $5/month or $48/year). Subscriptions and payments are processed by Clerk on our behalf. Cancellations take effect immediately; we don't provide refunds for partial billing periods. If a paid subscription lapses, we may restrict or pause feeds that exceed the Free-plan limit until you resubscribe or remove feeds.

Acceptable use

Don't use FeedTube in a way that violates the law or the rights of others. Don't try to bypass plan limits, and don't abuse the service — for example, through automated or excessive use.

Third-party content

FeedTube relies on third-party services, including YouTube, to provide its features. YouTube content that appears in your feeds belongs to the original creators and is subject to YouTube's own terms. FeedTube does not host or claim rights to that content.

Service availability

FeedTube is provided on a best-effort basis. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

FeedTube is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FeedTube's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to FeedTube in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of FeedTube after changes means you accept the updated terms.
